This was a commission for the ever wonderful  She sent me an image of King Edmund (older version obviously) and wanted me to draw it exactly. I haven’t drawn something from an image without changing anything for so long; it was kind of fun. I did end up shifting a few things around, so the image would look better on the page. I also brightened the colours up and put a bit more detail into the clothes (oh how I love costumers guides). I am really really happy with how his face turned out. Now if only I could get the rest of the details in my images to look as real. Bah. What do you think?? Pencil and Pencil Crayons. Edmund © C.S. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums.
